Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. All sales are final, and once a shipping notification has been issued, the order cannot be cancelled.
If your order arrives damaged, we will replace the entire order. Please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery to receive return instructions for the unused product. To process your claim, we require photos or video evidence showing the damaged product and spillage. If the outer packaging shows signs of tampering, please include that in your documentation.
Your order is proudly filled and packed in a professional facility. During shipping, particularly in extreme temperatures, it is common for containers to expand and contract, which may cause seals to shift or lift. Unless there is evidence of your outer package being opened, the containers have not been tampered with post-production. No refunds or replacements will be issued for shifted or lifted seals under these conditions.
We strive to process orders within 2 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the next business day (excluding holidays and weekends). Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the customer was not available for delivery, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the cost of redelivery. We are not responsible for packages lost or misdelivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
